D-AVZP is a test registraion by airbus... my guess ist that this aircraft will be some kind of a "luftwaffe" Aircraft (airforce) because of the german flag on the tail? I think the number near the registration is the cn number.
All those aircraft with a german test registration have the german flag on the tail. The number is the cn/msn but the only information I could find for this number say that this number belongs to an A319.
